GGG feels likes singing as we know summertime is coming our way soon!!!

So, in order to help you plan YOUR golfing exploits, we have a few options listed below for all you girl golfers living in the Philadelphia and New Jersey regions---from the newbie to the seasoned veteran!

“MINI-TOUR” MONDAY

Girls Developmental Tour - girls 8 – 18 years old who are course ready play a 4-hole Team Scramble.  

OR…

4 hole Mini-Tour – girls 8-12 years new to tournament golf play Individual Stroke Play format. 

Prerequesite:

Players must make contact with the ball 90% of the time, have some knowledge of the game, and are able to follow safety instructions.  Whitemarsh Valley Country Club generously offers us use of their course for this program.

Note:  At the beginning of each meeting we decide which format the girls would like to play for that week.  It is not necessary to make the decision in advance between the Developmental (Scramble format) and Mini-tour (Stroke play format).

2014 PHILLY GIRLS DEVELOPMENTAL TOUR / MINI-TOUR INFORMATION

WHEN:  May 12, 19, June 9, 16, 23, 30, July 7, 21, August 4, 11     6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

WHERE:  Whitemarsh Valley Country Club, 815 Thomas Road, Lafayette Hill, PA 19044, www.whitemarshvalleycc.com.  We will meet on the putting green.  (The club and restrooms are closed on Mondays.)

WHAT TO BRING:  Golf Clubs, Your own drink.

WHAT TO WEAR:  Proper Golf Attire.  NO jeans, tee shirts, or short shorts on the golf course. Shorts may be of mid-thigh length and sleeveless shirts must have collars. Shirts must be tucked in all the way at all times.

DETAILS:  Adult/Parent caddies welcome for all ages – REQUIRED for all girls 10 & under.

WEATHER RELATED MEETING CANCELLATION: Will be sent via email by 4:00 pm.
