Hi John,

Please pass along my regards and thanks to Lydia for all of her efforts, on behalf of NJSIAA and girls golf within NJ.  I know you both will be sorely missed at our events moving forward, but you know that girls golf is in good hands with Al at the lead…he will keep Lydia’s enthusiasm and passion to increase participation in girls golf moving forward.

I hope you both stay healthy and safe, and enjoy your real retirement!

Take care,

Lydia and John,

Thank you both for everything you have done to expand girls golf at the high school level.  Without your efforts and perseverance the sport would not continue to grow as it has. Many young women in NJ owe their college and professional success to your efforts. I want to personally thank you for your helping me transition into my role as the director of golf at the NJSIAA. Your guidance and suggestions have helped me be successful.

On behalf of the NJSIAA and all the girl golfers in NJ I want to wish you and John a long and healthy retirement.
